Even if you already have a copy of the first, second or third editions of 'The Story of Marchmont Street - Bloomsbury's original high street', it is very much worth buying the fourth edition, because of the numerous updates, including 'new' historical facts uncovered by the author or submitted by former residents of the street and their relatives. There are also a few more former residents of note and many new and improved images. The book has proved to be a much appreciated gift, with copies selling World-wide.

You can obtain your copy of the 4th edition (illustrated left) from Skoob Books at 66 The Brunswick (off Marchmont Street), WC1N 1AE and Judd Books at 82 Marchmont Street, WC1N 1AG (web links to Skoob Books and Judd Books, below). It can also be purchased from the Camden Local Studies and Archives Centre at Holborn Library in Theobald's Road.

The first edition was published in 2008, the second edition in 2009 and the third in 2010, with interest in the book far exceeding the original expectations. The significantly updated fourth edition was released in 2012. Thanks to Camden's Local Studies and Archives Centre in Holborn Library (link below) for allowing us unlimited access to their extensive collections.
